Paypal policy mentions that refunds may not post for 30 days. I use USAA a very reliable and customer focused bank and they show ZERO $$ refunded back to my account after 3 days. **bleep**. Nobody from PayPal will tell me the exact date and time the money was sent to USAA Bank. Anyone else experience this??
