Hi I could do with some advice and have found this forum if anyone can help please. I paid a subscription to a craft site and somewhere along the process the card details i entered were saved for a recurring payment. The site was not working for what I wanted as they had made a mistake with download speeds and info (it is a spanish site) My husband mailed them and told them what they had done wrong and I mailed them and told them the site was no good for me and to cancel my subscription and to refund what I had paid. I forgot at that time that the payment was automatically taken on a repeat basis and omitted to cancel the card payment and now they have taken a second payment which has basically amounted to £40 x 2 for a site which is no good. Emails to the account holder in Spain have elicited no response whatsoever, I gather I am not covered by paypal because it is not a tangible item but how do I sort this out. I did mail paypal help and they haven't come back to me either, presumably because it is a an item not covered by their policy. Any advice would be welcome please Thanks Mags
