Two months after placing the order I lodged a dispute with PayPal as item never received. They gave me another email address to contact the seller and quoted me a tracking number. I emailed the seller, and two weeks later still haven't received a response. The tracking number they quoted I took to Australia Post who advised that the tracking number was for a different addressee and address. How long before I can expect a refund from PayPal, it is a shame that you are not able to update your original complaint with further information. I am worried they are going to take the seller's word on the receipt of goods, have left a message through the messaging information service with the updated information.
