As the title says, someone's managed to get into my account and steal two payments of £100 to a Steam account. The thing that's confusing is me, is the payments 5 hours later were refunded back to my Paypal account. I've changed my password and reset all of my logins, then changed the phone number used to login but the payments have still been taken from my account. As I've already read on here that Paypal are useless at getting people's money back quickly, does anyone have any idea how long I'll have to wait to be refunded the two payments?
