I tried to load $800 (was going to do 2 $400 transactions) on my PayPal card today at my local dollar general today and was told they couldn’t do it because it gave them a “fraud” message and that they didn’t know why other than their system updated so it could be because of that but they weren’t going to try it again. I’ve checked my account for any limitations or anything and have contacted PayPal and waiting on a response but I was wondering if anyone has had a “fraud” message at a retailer prevent them from adding money before?
