I recently sent money to a Czech Paypal acccount but can longer access the account. I get the message "we cannot confirm it is you". I tried calling the help number but no one is available because of Covid. I also tried resetting the password and disabling my VPN, but this did not solve the problem. I am also using my regular home computer, so using a different computer/IP No. cannot be the cause of the problem. When I try to contact the HelpCenter through messaging or email I get the message that I have to login first, which I cannot do, so it is a catch-22. I tried contacting PayPal in Germany but they tell me they have no authority over Czech Paypal accounts. So my money just disappears in a black hole! Can anyone help?!
