PayPal have just sent me an email saying my dispute score is too high. I have no disputes! I had a buyer in January who bought the wrong thing and wanted a refund which I gave them as a goodwill gesture and a buyer yesterday who claimed a parcel was not delivered when I have proof it was from the courier and ebay closed the claim in my favour. What is going on?
