Clear cache : https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home Clear cookies : https://us.norton.com/internetsecurity-privacy-how-to-clear-cookies.html Once they have both been cleared, close and then re-open the browser you're using. // Step 1 - Create a new sandbox business account 1. Login to your PayPal Developer account 2. Click on "Accounts" under the "Sandbox" column on the left-hand side of the page 3. Click on the "Create Account" button and choose the account type as "Business" 4. Fill in the relevant details for the account and complete the creation process 5. Once the account has been created, check the status on the "Accounts" page - Accounts still being created will show a status of "processing" and accounts which have been successfully been created will show a status of "complete". 6. If the new account shows a status of "complete", you can login and use your account either directly at https://www.sandbox.paypal.com or during checkout, once the URL in your browser address bar shows "https://www.sandbox.paypal.com".
