I signed up for eBay Feb 8. I signed up for PayPal & PayPal Credit Application. At least I thought I did. I filled in my Name, Address, & last 4 numbers of SS#. DENIED! I talked to several agents who were sorry. They said the form should have asked for my full SS#. I've never been able to get an application that asks normal financial questions. I talked to 10 agents today. They forwarded me to people at bank that would send me a paper application. I have great credit, I pay my bills. Yet just my name & address is enough to not let me pay over a few months. I think something is technically wrong. I just want to fill in a dang form, & no one in PayPal or Synchrony Bank will help. I talked to 10 agents today. They tell me I can still get a paper application, but when I'm transferred to someone who can, she says she can't. There is literally no way to get one. It's a Catch 22 & no one tells tech their website isn't working. I've asked them to. Let me know if you find the "Oracle".

I've been trying to get a credit application from PayPal since Feb 8. I've never been turned down, pay all bills on time. So I get what appears to be a PP credit application. I filled in my name & address, & bam! Declined! They don't ask for my #SSN, bank accounts, IRAs, nothing! I talked with 10 agents today, some said I could get a paper application, so I held, got cut off several times, finally got a woman who says that doesn't exist. I have to get it from the website. She guided me how to do it step by step. I clicked on "Apply Now", and it said declined. It didn't even give me a blank to fill in my name! She hung up on me. It's about the 6th time since Feb 8. I'm trying to buy furniture & it's breaking me paying full price. I'd like to spread out some payments. Any ideas? I'm desperate!
