Hello, It has been 7 days since you put a limitation on my account. I submitted all the required documents on the 16th of March.It is unacceptable for you take a fee and hold my money hostage. Either release the funds or return the charged amounts to my client. I have called twice already to no avail. If this issue is not resolved within 24hours, you give me no choice but to broadcast on air and through social media daily not to use PayPal for online banking.
