I have been trying for the last week to put in a claim/refund case for a vendor that didn’t supply my item and wont respond. Everytime I click refund and fill in the information and hit submit it says and error has occured on PP’s end and to please try again.. this has happened at least 10 times. Then I see in my case section that every refund/claim I’ve put in has been closed/handled Is this an issue on my side? Vendor? Or paypayls? Can this be fixed?
