!!! Problem Solved !!! I experienced the same issue. The problem is due to Tax. You need to complete a Self Certification Form. Follow the steps below and everything will be back to normal in no time. 1. Call FNB on their main contact number. Try and reach a consultant that can transfer you. I called the online banking department. 2. Ask to be put through to the CRS Department. 3. Explain to the CRS department what happened and ask them to send you the Tax Self Certification Form. 4. Complete the form and send it back. You will need your Tax Number. 5. Wait 30 minutes just to make sure they receive your completed form. 6. Call them back and ask them to remove the hold from your PayPal account. 7. After they have confirmed that the hold has been removed, you should be able to withdraw your money again.
