Hello! A week ago I had received an e-mail from Paypal saying they weren't able to push through with the transfer to my bank and thus removed said bank from my Paypal account. After calling up my bank and fixing the issue, whenever I would try to add my bank account back onto my paypal, I just receive the notice: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I read in another thread here that I should contact Customer Service for aid, but I live outside of the US and have no means to contact them by phone. This is also my only bank account, so I am unable to try with another. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
