I opened a case with PayPal, and sent through all the emails between myself and the seller. I made the order on 2/1/21 after more than a month, the seller told me that they got lost in transit, and that they re sent me my order.. when it finally arrived on the 10/3/21... there was only one pair of shoes instead of 3. I then opened the case. PayPal asked me to lodge it with police or similar. I emailed the seller who told me I was receiving a refund, which I sent to PayPal as I didn’t think it necessary to go to the police when they said that. Then yesterday PayPal told me I was denied my refund. I’m not happy that I was denied, as I was very patient, waiting more than 2 months for my items
