I purchased a Nvida card on ebay and won. I have two cards with more than enough on them and a checking account verified with funds on it verifed and they all get declined for safety I think. The resolution center shows no messages. To state a reaspon. I have called 3 times after lengthy waits to get a you are confirmed to get disconnected and have to call back. My banks verified the cards are valid and I reconfirmed the numbers and 3 digit numbers in paypal but it wont go through on ebay. I have been at this for over 12 hours now. Any suggestions?
