tracking into where PayPal where was item purchased ? What is the tracking # they provided ?

As a large seller on eBay I can tell you if you purchase something from us and if said seller does not ship it and provide tracking that "show delivered" you WILL get a refund 100%. If they ship you something that is not as described you will get your funds back but not until item is returned to seller and confirmed via tracking number then seller has two day to issue refund if not eBay will force it. The only hang up would be is if the item is changed from the condition you received it in then the seller might attempt to charge you a % and deduct from you refund. If it shows delivered but you never received it that is a little tougher eBay/ Paypal would probably cover the seller and also the buyer but each of those are a case by case basis with multiple issues on each of them.

You will have to run date range report in csv format then open in excel and sort accordingly . Reports > Activity download > Date Range > CSV > Create Report. Which sounds like you did already good if is a CSV file but if done as PDF it will be useless if you have more than a few pages you really should do a CSV download. We found is best format to open in excel then you can add data filter to each column to sort the entire sheet fast to pool all the data you need.

In Tax document section 2020 website states: You have no 2020 tax documents. This is NOT possible we need the 1099 to do tax work and can not due to the fact there is on 1099 to download, print or view. Have called spoken to several people all state they have no idea what is going on is not a reported issue clearly it is after reading in here non of which have a solution to the issue. Who becomes liable and at what date ? BTW we hate eBay managed payments I wish we could of stayed 100 % on PayPal but not not too sure....

Is a joke been on the phone for days from being told would email it to me = NOPE calling again 12 hrs later and then just getting hung up on.... no responses no answers nothing they best be careful or lawsuits will be taking place.
