I paid for an item and it wasn’t in stock the retailer refunded within 15 minutes of purchase yet 2 days later PayPal debited my bank account even though they had no money owed to them. Why is it taking PayPal nearly 2 weeks to send refunds back to banks blaming COVID for this timescale when high street banks are not affected at all. It took 2 days for PayPal to debit the money from my bank account but it’s taking almost 14 days to get it back WHY? Is this just a crafty way PayPal have devised of making more interest off the money that they deal with ? NOT ACCEPTABLE and the practice it totally questionable.
