I had paid to Drand which is a company selling phone cases and is based out of Canada.. I had paid them using my PayPal account.. They need to refund me back some money but are saying that they made a payment attempt to my PayPal account, and looks like I am unable to receive personal payments via PayPal.. Need help in receiving this payment/refund from DBrand.. Are there any settings which I need to enable in PayPal?
