Hello, I am in the USA, A buyer from Copenhagen Denmark asked me to ship an item to Seko Logistics (ShopUSA) in Pennsylvania, they will then ship the item overseas to his address in Denmark. I want to invoice him and make it clear in the "Terms and Conditions" that I am not responsible for the package once it reaches the logistics firm in PA that he has an account with. I intend on shipping it insured with UPS with a signature upon receiving the item. Since his shipping address on file with PayPal will be different than the place I am Shipping it to how else can I protect myself if he claims that the package was not delivered or damaged Etc.?
