For about a month now I have tried to set up a business account. We are a b2b business and hardly ever have a physical credit card. So, I am trying to set up Virtual Terminal. Whatever I do, I always end up with a red message: "Something went wrong". And that seems to be the end of where Paypal is willing to help. I have now spent hours trying to get someone who can help me, phone, chat, email, I have tried it all. I just get stuck in endless stupid music and glorious messages how paypal can help me, but nobody ever answers the phone. I have multiple threads in the message center, and they either end when someone from paypal tells me that they informed one or the other department and that they would get back to me, but that never happens. At one time I was able to talk to someone. He was in a hurry to connect me to someone else. I then listened to a message in Chinese (which I don't speak), and was hung up on. The latest message was that I should delete my account and set it up again. Easier said than done if I can't talk to anybody to see how that is done and what the consequences are (can I set up another account immediately with the same email?). I have had my share of experience with companies who don't care about their customers, but this takes the cake...
