I recently received an email from PayPal that an email, that isn't mine, was added to my PayPal account. Shocked, I logged in on my desktop and changed my password and took down all my cards except one, which had a still pending transaction that I had authorized yesterday. But, looking closer, the email was sent to one of my emails which I have never used or associated with a PayPal account. I also tried to login with that email to make sure, and tapped "forgot password" to try and double-check— but PayPal told me this email was not associated with a PayPal account. Is there an email I can flag or forward my scam-like email to, to let PayPal know?
