I sent money to the wrong individual. It was my mistake. I contacted pay pale and ask for a refund. They said the transaction was appropriate and there is nothing they can do. The said contact the individual and ask for them to return funds. I don't know how to contact the individual. I'm very frustrated and would like to talk to someone at pay pale but I don't think they will do that. How do I find out how to contact the individual?
