Doesn't answer question though, does pay in 4 take paymentt form card or from PayPal balance first, only using card as backup payment...? I would like to use pay in 3 and the payment be automatically taken form PayPal balance not direct from debit card as first payment option, debit card is only there to guarantee payment if PayPal balance is not sufficient.
