Hi everyone; Long story short: -items paid for. -wrong items received. -items sent back as requested and on my own expense. -seller breaks contact. -request for refund submitted to PayPal. -after over a month of supposedly “talking to the seller” PayPal refuses the request. The amount requested is around 150€ and the shipping costs. Anybody in similar position? Let me know please, as I find it not only appalling but also just unfair-I am paying for the service, never used it in like 10 years with them, paid the goods in full, send back the wrong items received and now being denied my claim just like that? Any similar experiences? Advise? I am not letting it go.
