I sent order to buyer, she was happy with one item but not other (yarn color was different on her monitor than in person) and wanted refund on one. She refused to pay to send item back. But when she escalated to dispute she claimed I had a cat and she had allergies. I didn't see that, I just responded with the info I already had an shared above. After responding I saw her actual complaint. I have messages from her stating reason being color, but don't know how to add them now.
