PayPal Message Center can't help me with a recent issue I have been experiencing printing out individual transactions. This has never happened before and I can't seem to understand why I can see the the transaction but when I click onto the printer icon, it doesn't print out the transaction. Instead it prints out two grey stripes (like a highligher) and a blank page. Yes, my printer has ink. No I haven't changed settings. Yes, I have Adobe PDF. For some reason the PDF won't load the transaction. Any suggestions? Now I am copying and pasting to a Word document so I can print it out. Thanks for any input.
