Hi, my paypal account is currently limited, I am trying to verify my proof of address, I'm sending utility bill (Electricity bill) however the name on our electricity bill is under the name of my father and I'm living with him on the same address. Why is it it's so complicated to verify my address for you guys, I already send my government issued ID with my present and permanent address, why do I need to verify my proof of address?? ... Hello, I just wanna know if there are any other way to confirm my identity (Proof of address) because our utility bill (Electricity Bill) is under the name of my father and I'm living with him at the same house, I still tried to send that Utility Bill to check if paypal will honor it but they did not because the name on the Utility Bill and the name on my paypal account is different.
