I have provided information for proof of fulfillment which is still pending after a year... and that i needed to provide the receipt from my supplier? what receipt, i do not own a business nor did i get paid for any service i simply received a gift from two cousins. I am fairly new to PayPal and don't understand how to fully activate my account so i can purchase anything with it, the small cash i have here is still rotting and i am very close of shutting this account down permanently. I would highly appreciate if anyone can provide me with info of what i am doing wrong here.
