I’ve accidentally donated my PayPal balance to the PayPal Giving fund when paying for goods through another website. I didn’t want to do this, but now also have to refund the balance to an eBay buyer and now the money has gone to charity! I’m going round in circles on the PayPal site, so please how do I request the refund for my accidental donation made in error?
