So I purchased from a seller on eBay, he’s saying he didn’t receive payment. On my end it shows that it went through, how do I get my refund back from PayPal ? I can’t cancel the order because it says I need to contact seller. Which I already did. If anyone ever ordered from eBay, & had this problem but was able to get their money back, please lmk ASAP. It’s not only $100, but hundreds of dollars😫
