I have got a negative balance in my account. its due to a refund to one of my buyers in ebay. i did click the ''add money" button and pay the overdraft and i got a message from my bank that this transaction did occur but the negative balance is still there. i tried to follow the same steps over and over but nothing seem to happen(no messages from the bank, 'submit' button from paypal secure transaction thing did not do anything) i cant refund from ebay as well due to the overdraft.
