Hi, Our Merchant Account were set up in 2011 and then we steady grow our income over 10 years. Here ist the short history what happened: 19.01.2021 7:04 pm (Its Sunday evening!) Received a mail saying the account gets terminated: After carefully examining your account, we have initiated the closure of your PayPal account to protect us from potential financial loss. You can no longer use your PayPal account. 20.01.2021 I called the paypal merchant support hotline and they had no access to any further information and told me to send a email to "aup" paypal email what I did the same day. 27.01.2021 I send a follow up email to "aup" paypal email because I did not get an answer for a week. 03.02.2021 I called the merchant hotline, who told me they have no access to information and they opened a follow up ticket. 24.02.2021 I never heard back from PayPal for more than a month now. I ask myseld, what kind of beaviour of is that? We worked with papyal for more than 10 years and transferred million of dollars through this account. Then, Paypal terminates the account without any reason and without any explanation. What can I do now? Any tips? Thank you very much Regards
