So I made an instant transfer to my bank on February 19th of like 300 bucks.. didn't think anything of it.
Open my checking account today and realize that it seems a little low, no trace of the PayPal transfer in my statement.
Transfer 30 bucks today as a test, see it in my statement.
PayPal ate my money like a vending machine.
Anyone know what the issue might be? Aren't instant transfers supposed to be you know, instant?
