Hi Guys, Im in a bit of a pickle. Apologies in advance for the essay below! I paid £100 for a grey hoody and brown vest jacket in January. After paying through PayPal I didn't receive any receipt or notification from the seller and thought something seemed strange about the website I ordered from. On closer inspection the website seemed very dodgy and I was sure I had just been scammed. Straight away I contacted the seller through PayPal tried to cancel my order and request a refund. I opened a case in the resolution centre explaining the above and waited. 3 weeks later I received a black jumper and women's fleece and they were very bad fakes. Subsequently I found an email address for the seller and have asked to send the items back for a refund explaining the items delivered did not match what I ordered and were also fake. I received an email saying they would not issue a refund, acknowledging the items were fake but also saying it would cost too much for me to send them back. Just to reiterate they are refusing to issue a refund. So I am a bit unsure of what to do now. What are my options? Thanks for any help.
