susanlynn- I may have an answer to your question.  Depending on how the payment is processed, you may not have the option to print a label.  If the payment is a "personal" payment or for "services", our system doesn't include shipping information (since those would not be something that would be mailed), and for that your wouldn't have the ability to ship.  If you're receiving payments for "goods", you should always have the option to print a shipping label.   Hope this answers your questions.   Andy ... That is a good question IMR323!   I still see sellers on ebay specifically saying they will REJECT anyone who doesnt have a confirmed address...I would hate to go through the 'confirm your address' process again, and who's to say that we won't have to do this process over and over to maintain our 'confirmed status!" **sigh** ...
