An out of province person wants to buy a car I am selling. He wants to pay via PP and tells me PP will send an intermediary to arrange collection and shipping. He asks for my full name, address, and email. The PP email he cites is different from the one he uses to chat with me, although same/similar name. Any red flags here ? I realize I would not be covered by PP protection.
