Yes, I found the instructions below and tried to follow them. However, there is no "Add New Contact". It doesn't exist on my screen 😞 Any help appreciated. You can add, edit or delete contacts from your PayPal address book at any time. Here's how: Click Send & Request. Click Contacts. Select a contact, then click Edit or Delete contact. Click Add new contact to add a new one.
