Hi, It's been 2 weeks since I got a refund and it's still not on my card. I had 2 refunds come in around the same time (on the same card), one of them successfully went through within a few days and the other I'm still waiting for 2 weeks later. PayPal says it's been completed and I received an email saying that I have an account balance of $(exact refund money) but my account balance is currently $0.00. I understand that it takes up to 30 days to get back on the card, what I don't understand is why I received an email saying that I have account balance/successful refund when nothing has happened.
