I am trying to purchase two $100 iTunes cards via the PayPal digital gift store but it says "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method". I don't know why this because I have money in my bank account. However, I did make a similar purchase a few days ago so I don't know if there is a cap on how much money you can spend per week? I don't have a credit card so I have linked both my checking and savings account and set my payment method to use the checking account. I am also getting a similar issue online in the iTunes store where it wont let me add funds directly saying I need to verify my account (which I already did). Please help!
