I get a "can't confirm it's you" error and PayPal over and over again opens web page telling me this....I can't stop the process unless I shut down my phone at one point there were 200 browser windows opened because I couldn't stop the process.... Then I get a PayPal message that did someone is trying to break into the account and to change my password. I changed the password and it still goes through that process of opening web browsers and I can't stop it unless I shut down my phone.
