Hi I had a very similar problem. PayPal asked me to return the product saying my shipping cost would have been reimbursed. The seller refused 3 times the product delivery. Then the case was closed not in my favour saying that I have provided the wrong tracking number. I have used the provided tracking number to check if seller received the product so I’m sure it was the correct tracking number. PayPal doesn’t allow me to take any action since the case is closed. What can I do? Help please
