AS I am doing Astrological services and hence for my account I didn't applied GST and after opening the Account with Pay Pal it is asking GST and can anybody say what I have to do. Last few days the MSG it says as under : Because of potential risk exposure, we've permanently limited your account. You'll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions.
