I’m having trouble completing a transaction using my Visa debit card on Paypal. When I got my Visa debit card, I immediately registered it to be used for online purchases and proceeded to add the card to my Paypal. On Depop, I tried to buy a pair of pants. However, the seller could not see the payment as their Paypal was not showing the payment. Due to this, I cancelled the payment after a few weeks and was refunded. However, the money was not refunded back to my card. The seller requested money from me on Paypal and when I tried to use my money that was refunded, there was an error message. I checked the balance and it said there was only $0.33 left even though I was refunded! I’m not sure how to access this money or how to complete my purchase. I checked the status of my refund and it says it is complete…which is not the case. Will my money be put back in my card within some business days? Or do I have to do something else? I do not have a bank account nor credit card and have only made paypal purchases with debit cards. Help!
