hello, my name is Joseph <removed> i have been banned for violating the terms and conditions and i can NOT, to save my life, talk to anyone about it. every time i send a ticket or send an email i get a monkey-like BOT automated reply saying "you violated our terms bla bla bla **bleep** we decide. this is so bad on Paypal side...first of all I've been a customer for 11 years using it ALOT and paying ALOT of fees....secondly I'm still getting emails from the system saying "your card is about to expire" "what's new from Paypal" "confirm your address" bla bla bla and lots more spam....if you ban me GET OUT OF MY LIFE I'm sorry I'm just VERY VERY frustrated because I'm used to dealing with people every day and this it not the way to deal with loyal customers who have ALWAYS PAID!! i just want to know what i did to violate terms thank you Joseph
