I've had this problem for more than 180 days already. For some reason, my account was limited a day after I made it. Don't know how that happened, odd behavior really. Now I can't get the money back I have from my PayPal account. PayPal emailed me saying "Funds in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about withdrawing your funds." but never emailed me the next steps for me to get my money back. Hope someone can help me on this, that money could have been of use already. Thank you so much and stay safe!
