Hi all, I recently filed a case with PP because a purchased item was returned but the "platform" (not the seller itself) through which the item was purchased "refuses" all communication and didn't refund my money. I have all the necessary proof, but still PP says that my issue isn't a billing issue... Under the main topic "I have a billing issue" is mentioned "refunds"; but as soon as you select the "I have a billing" issue, nothing else is mentioned about refunds... Any suggestions on how to deal with this (towards PayPal) since I don't see a big difference between my situation and say...paying and not receiving your purchased items... Thanks!
