Hello, I'm in desperate need for help. My account has been limited by paypal for a long time now. They keep asking for the same documents that I am sending them. I have sent them: My business's company registration certificate from my country, which has my business name, my name, company address, which is the same as my home address because I work from home. My business bank letter with the business name, my name, my address, which again, is the same address that I live in as I work from home. I've even sent them my personal bank account statement with my name and this same address where I live and work. My account with paypal is still limited. What else must I do? They don't answer calls because they say they have covid19 restrictions. Can someone please help me.
