I recently added my bank account to PayPal and attempted to transfer my balance to it. However, despite having the correct name and account number, all my transfers are being refunded with the reason "Invalid Bank Account Information." When I try to add the bank account again, it simply says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later" but I am unable to "try again" no matter how much "later" I wait. How do I add my bank account back?
