I had a buyer place an order at 19:23. immediately after an identical order came in from the same buyer (still 19:23). at 19:26 I emailed them with the provided email address asking if it was intentional, and if not I would refund one of the orders. at 19:30 I get an email from Paypal saying that the buyer filed a dispute that I had charged them twice. In the notes of the dispute the buyer acknowledges that they made two purchases in error. I refunded the purchase through the resolution centre immediately which lead to the dispute being closed "in the buyers favour". I just want to ensure that this will not leave a stain on my account as, on paper, I made the mistake and by refunding the order i admitted to the mistake (that I did not make).
