I was paying for something and the top of the Paypal window had this message:   "Set up once. Pay faster next time. We'll save your choice for future payments to [Company]. Change this anytime in your PayPal settings."   What exactly is it saving? And how do I change that setting? I wouldn't even know what setting to look for, this message is too vague. Can't find anything relevant on any of the settings pages.   It's not saving my payment info with [Company] is it? I try not to have my card saved all over the internet. And that'd be awfully brash [/illegal?] to do it without asking me. But I can't imagine what else it's saving. ... View more

"We recognize you on this device, so no need to enter your password for this purchase." This has prevented me from making SO MANY purchases. This will spin forever and ever.    How do I prevent Paypal from trying to recognize my device? I'd MUCH rather just enter my password. This has never worked, not once.
